Description


The Automatic Ultrasonic Food Cutting Machine is a high-efficiency industrial slicing system designed for precision cutting of bakery products such as cakes, bread, and other soft or layered foods. It uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to achieve clean, smooth, and deformation-free cutting without crushing, sticking, or tearing the product structure.

Unlike traditional mechanical or wire cutting systems, ultrasonic cutting works through micro-vibration at the cutting edge, separating food with minimal pressure. This ensures that even delicate products such as sponge cakes, cream cakes, and soft bread maintain their original shape, texture, and visual appearance after slicing.

The machine is designed for continuous automatic operation, making it suitable for modern bakery production lines that require high speed, consistency, and hygienic processing.


The principle of the ultrasonic cutter is based on the use of high-frequency vibrations generated by an ultrasonic transducer. These vibrations are typically in the range of 20 kHz to 40 kHz and are transmitted to a cutting blade, also known as a horn, which amplifies the vibrations and focuses them onto the material being cut.
