Description


The Ultrasonic Bench Welder is a compact yet high-precision ultrasonic welding system designed for plastic packaging box assembly and small-to-medium plastic part joining. It uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to generate instant molecular friction at the welding interface, allowing thermoplastic materials to fuse together quickly without glue, screws, or thermal adhesives.

Unlike conventional hot plate or solvent bonding methods, this bench-top ultrasonic system provides clean, fast, and highly repeatable welding performance. It is especially suitable for plastic package boxes that require strong sealing, precise alignment, and a clean aesthetic finish.

Designed for workshop, laboratory, and light industrial production environments, this machine delivers industrial-grade welding quality in a space-saving desktop structure.


The system is equipped with a high-frequency ultrasonic generator (typically 20kHz–40kHz) that provides stable energy output for consistent and precise plastic fusion.

A key advantage is its bench-top compact design, making it ideal for flexible production environments, small batch manufacturing, and R&D applications without requiring large industrial installations.

Compared with traditional plastic welding methods, ultrasonic welding enables instant bonding (typically within 0.1–2 seconds), significantly improving production efficiency.

The machine ensures clean, flash-free welding joints, eliminating excess material overflow and improving the appearance of plastic packaging products.

It supports adjustable welding parameters such as amplitude, time, and pressure, allowing precise control for different plastic materials like PP, ABS, and PC.

So before each order, we will confirm all the details, including application details, equipment conditions, equipment specific information.

Before year 2012, we only sale second branson / dukane / rinco / herrman/telsonic welding equipment , during these twenty year develop, we find, more and more people have problem with the core part of ultrasonic welding equipment -generator and transducer, so we decided to start our business of transducer and generator of our own transducer and generator. Many of the end user meet the transducer problem, they don’t know why transducer broken, and changing the expensive transducer one by one. Actually, one branson /dukane /rinco transducer can use 10~30 year, even the cheapest transducer can use about 5 years. So there must some reasons if your transducer broken in one year. That’s why we want build Rps-sonic, we need to help more end user to know more about transducer , to use ultrasonic equipment better, to save cost when meet problem.


Unreasonable operation may shorter the use-life of ultrasonic generator. So we have to make technical inquiry before operate ultrasonic welding machine. The key point of ultrasonic machine is resonance, only keep every part in resonance can make the system in best work environment.
