1. Product Overview

The Ultrasonic Poultry Belt Welder is a specialized, high-efficiency welding equipment exclusively designed for thermoplastic egg belt and manure belt connection in modern poultry farming. As a core processing device for poultry breeding supporting facilities, the Ultrasonic Poultry Belt Welder perfectly solves the problems of traditional egg belt splicing such as loose connection, easy aging, hygienic hidden dangers and short service life. Targeted at the unique material characteristics of poultry egg belts, this Ultrasonic Poultry Belt Welder provides seamless, high-strength and sanitary welding solutions, widely applicable to layer cage systems, automated egg collection lines and large-scale poultry breeding bases. Different from traditional bonding, stitching and hot-melt welding processes, the Ultrasonic Poultry Belt Welder relies on high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to realize molecular fusion of egg belt materials. It requires no adhesive, no auxiliary accessories and no open flame heating, ensuring the welded egg belt maintains flatness, flexibility and overall structural integrity, which fully meets the high-standard hygiene and continuous operation requirements of the poultry industry.

2. Working Principle of Ultrasonic Poultry Belt Welder for Egg Belt Welding

The working process of the Ultrasonic Poultry Belt Welder is based on high-frequency ultrasonic vibration friction welding technology. The equipment converts ordinary 50/60Hz industrial current into 28KHz high-frequency ultrasonic electric energy through a professional ultrasonic generator, which is then transmitted to the titanium alloy welding head via a transducer and amplifier module. The high-frequency micro-vibration of the welding head acts on the joint part of two overlapping egg belts. Instant friction heat is generated between the thermoplastic fiber layers of the egg belt, making the contact surface melt rapidly. With constant pressure holding for several seconds, the materials complete molecular recombination and solidification, forming an integrated high-strength welding joint.
The whole welding process of the Ultrasonic Poultry Belt Welder takes only 3-5 seconds per joint. The localized heating and instantaneous welding mode will not cause thermal deformation or damage to the non-welding area of the egg belt. The welding strength can reach more than 90% of the original egg belt material strength, effectively avoiding belt breakage, dislocation and gap leakage during long-term automated egg collection operation. This precise and efficient welding principle makes the Ultrasonic Poultry Belt Welder irreplaceable in professional egg belt maintenance and installation.
