Description


The High Precision 120kHz Ultrasonic Spraying Nozzle Coating Machine is an advanced nano-atomization system designed for ultra-fine and highly uniform coating of metal nanoparticle suspensions. Operating at an ultra-high frequency of 120kHz, the system generates extremely fine droplets at the nano-scale, enabling precise deposition of functional materials with exceptional uniformity and surface control.

Unlike conventional air-spray or low-frequency ultrasonic systems, this technology produces a much narrower droplet size distribution and significantly reduces overspray, making it ideal for high-value metal nanoparticle applications where coating accuracy and material efficiency are critical.

It is widely used in advanced electronics, energy materials, thin-film deposition, and precision functional coatings.



The system is equipped with a 120kHz ultra-high-frequency ultrasonic atomizing nozzle, enabling ultra-stable nano-droplet generation with extremely fine particle size control.
