Description


The High Frequency 60kHz Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle Coating Machine is a precision atomization system specifically designed for ultra-low viscosity fluids such as silane solutions. It utilizes high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to generate extremely fine, uniform droplets, enabling controlled molecular-level coating on sensitive and high-performance substrates.

Unlike conventional air spray or pressure-based coating systems, this 60kHz ultrasonic nozzle produces a soft, low-velocity mist with highly uniform droplet size distribution. This ensures precise film formation, excellent surface coverage, and minimal material waste—especially important for low-viscosity silane, where over-spraying or uneven deposition can significantly affect coating performance.
