Description

The Ultrasonic Sealing and Cutting Machine with Roller Wheel Slitting System is a high-efficiency textile processing solution designed for continuous fabric cutting, edge sealing, and precision slitting. It utilizes high-frequency ultrasonic vibration combined with a roller wheel feeding structure to achieve clean, smooth, and permanently sealed fabric edges without fraying, burning, or deformation.

Principle of ultrasonic cutting: The grinding wheel blade generates instantaneous telescopic vibration in the radial direction through the action of ultrasonic waves, which can cause repeated collisions between the abrasive grains and the workpiece under high acceleration in a very short period of time.
