1. Product Overview

Ultrasonic welding technology has become the mainstream and core manufacturing solution for the female-care and disposable products industry, completely replacing traditional hot-melt gluing, needle sewing and thermal bonding processes. Our full range of ultrasonic welding equipment, including handheld ultrasonic spot welders, automatic continuous ultrasonic sealing machines, rotary ultrasonic fabric compounding machines and integrated ultrasonic cutting & sealing devices, is professionally developed and customized for mass production of female-care disposable products and daily disposable hygiene goods.
From non-woven fabric laminating, edge sealing, elastic band bonding, embossing and punching to finished product shaping, our ultrasonic equipment realizes pure physical molecular fusion processing throughout the whole production process. It requires no adhesive glue, no sewing thread and no chemical solvents. 3. Working Principle for Female-Care Material Welding

Most raw materials used for female-care disposable products, including PP non-woven fabric, melt-blown fabric, PE breathable film and composite elastic fabric, belong to thermoplastic materials, which are highly suitable for ultrasonic welding processing.
The ultrasonic generator converts industrial power into high-frequency ultrasonic electric energy, which is transmitted to the transducer to generate high-speed micro mechanical vibration. The vibration amplitude is amplified by the booster and stably output through the welding horn. During operation, the high-frequency vibration acts on the overlapping parts of multi-layer female-care fabrics. Instant friction heat is generated on the material contact surface, which rapidly melts the thermoplastic polymer molecules. Under constant pressure and short holding time, the materials complete molecular recombination and solidification, forming an integrated, firm and flexible welding seam in only 0.05–0.5 seconds.
The whole ultrasonic processing only produces local instantaneous heating, which will not damage the soft, breathable and skin-friendly properties of non-woven fabrics. It avoids hard edges, glue overflow and material hardening, ensuring the comfortable wearing experience of female-care end products.

Before year 2012, we only sale second branson / dukane / rinco / herrman/telsonic welding equipment , during these twenty year develop, we find, more and more people have problem with the core part of ultrasonic welding equipment -generator and transducer, so we decided to start our business of transducer and generator of our own transducer and generator. Many of the end user meet the transducer problem, they don’t know why transducer broken, and changing the expensive transducer one by one. Actually, one branson /dukane /rinco transducer can use 10~30 year, even the cheapest transducer can use about 5 years. So there must some reasons if your transducer broken in one year. That’s why we want build Rps-sonic, we need to help more end user to know more about transducer , to use ultrasonic equipment better, to save cost when meet problem.


Unreasonable operation may shorter the use-life of ultrasonic generator. So we have to make technical inquiry before operate ultrasonic welding machine. The key point of ultrasonic machine is resonance, only keep every part in resonance can make the system in best work environment.
