Description


The 50L Industrial Ultrasonic Homogenizer Extractor is a high-efficiency large-scale extraction system designed for processing fruits, plant materials, and natural bioactive compounds. It combines powerful ultrasonic cavitation with a three-layer temperature-controlled heating tank, enabling simultaneous ultrasonic-assisted extraction and precise thermal management.

Unlike conventional hot-water or solvent extraction methods, this system uses ultrasonic energy to rupture plant cell walls at the microscopic level, significantly accelerating the release of active ingredients such as vitamins, polyphenols, flavonoids, and natural flavors.
