Ultrasonic grain bar cutting is an advanced food processing technology that utilizes high-frequency vibration to achieve precise and clean cutting. Working Principle: Ultrasonic grain bar cutting does not rely on sharp blades or enormous pressure to "crush" the material, but rather achieves "micro-vibration separation" through high-frequency vibration.

Energy Conversion: The equipment converts ordinary electrical energy into a high-frequency electrical signal via an ultrasonic generator, and then into mechanical vibrations of up to 20,000 times per second via a transducer.


Precise Cutting: This high-frequency vibration is amplified by an amplitude transformer and transmitted to the blade, causing it to vibrate rapidly at the micron level.

Effects: When the vibrating blade contacts the grain bar, it easily "slides" into the material, applying minimal mechanical pressure and thus preventing collapse and deformation.
