What Is An Aging Vibration Machine?


The ultrasonic welding stress relief equipment applies high-frequency impact to the local area of the weld seam, addressing the issue at the "point". On the other hand, the vibration stress reliever is like a "bone-setter". Its principle is to enable the entire metal component to undergo low-frequency resonance, thereby eliminating and homogenizing the residual stress on a comprehensive level.


Core Principles and Workflow

In simple terms, its operation consists of three steps:

Finding the resonant frequency: The equipment will use automatic frequency scanning technology to quickly identify the specific frequency that causes your metal components to "shudder".

Applying resonant energy: After finding the resonant point, the exciter will apply periodic excitation forces at that frequency to the component, triggering the resonance of the entire component.

Eliminating and homogenizing stress: The alternating dynamic stress generated by resonance and the residual stress inside the component are superimposed, causing microscopic plastic deformation in the energy concentration area, thereby eliminating and homogenizing the overall residual stress and making the component size more stable.

Select based on the weight of the workpiece: This is the core of the selection process. Remember, the processing capacity limit of the equipment must match the weight of the workpiece. For small items, a device with a high rotational speed and low excitation force is required; while when processing large items or a large quantity of small items, a device with a low rotational speed and high excitation force should be chosen.


Considering the process requirements:

Fully automatic type: Simple to operate, with high automation level, it can effectively reduce human errors and is suitable for processing workpieces with high repetition and large batches.

Spectrum harmonic type: It represents more advanced technology. The processing effect is usually better than that of traditional sub-resonance equipment and can handle more complex workpiece structures.


Focus on core performance and reliability:

Control system: Preferentially choose equipment with true-color LCD screen, capable of dynamic curve display, and featuring automatic sweep frequency and parameter preset functions, which is convenient for monitoring and recording.


Exciter quality: The exciter is the core component. Preferentially select excitors that adopt high-power anti-vibration motors, dual eccentric structures, and aluminum alloy integrated design. They usually have the characteristics of high excitation force, good heat dissipation, and long lifespan.

Safety protection: Ensure that the equipment has multiple safety protection functions such as runaway protection, overload, overcurrent, and overvoltage to ensure the safety of operators and the equipment.
