MI Cable Ultrasonic Stripping Machine/Ultrasonic wire stripping machine is a device that uses ultrasonic technology to strip the insulation layer of wires. Ultrasonic dedicated driving generator (also known as ultrasonic generator) includes rectifier circuit, oscillation circuit, amplifier circuit, feedback circuit, tracking circuit, protection circuit, matching circuit, display instrument, etc. It is used to generate high-frequency and high-power current to drive ultrasonic vibration components to work.The ultrasonic vibration system consists of an ultrasonic transducer, a booster, a horn , and a shell. The cable stripping mechanism consists of a telescopic tool head, a cylinder, a control solenoid valve, a pressure regulating valve, etc. The manifestation of ultrasonic waves is to make the transducer expand and contract back and forth in the longitudinal direction. The horn amplifies the amplitude according to the design needs, and also plays a role in fixing the entire ultrasonic vibration system. The horn then transmits the ultrasonic vibration to the tool head, and the telescopic tool head presses the cable against the tool head under the push of the cylinder, driving the tool head to impact the cable to complete the wire stripping work. What needs to be emphasized in particular is that ultrasonic wave action has a wonderful characteristic, and its force must be transmitted seamlessly through solids. When stripping begins, the cable sheath, mineral insulation powder and core wire are integrated, and ultrasonic force can propagate throughout the interior of the cable. Under the high-speed and high-intensity action of ultrasonic vibration force, the mineral insulation powder is loosened and shattered, and then discharged naturally. At this time, the cable core wire and the cable sheath are separated. Using ultrasonic waves to peel mineral insulated cables can properly discharge the mineral insulating powder without causing any damage to the cable core wires.
