Ultrasonic vibrator introduction


Ⅰ.Introduction

Ultrasonic vibrators, also known as ultrasonic vibrators, are called vibrators in the industry when the transducers are connected to the horns. It is a device that converts electrical energy and mechanical energy (acoustic vibration) by the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics, and amplifies the front and rear radiation cover blocks by acoustic impedance matching.

Ultrasonic horns, as the name suggests, can change the amplitude of the transducer. The horn is a passive device that does not generate vibration itself, but only changes the amplitude of the input vibration and then transmits it, and also completes the impedance transformation. The ultrasonic transducer can generate regular vibration under the excitation of a suitable electric field, and its amplitude is generally about 10 μm. Such an amplitude is not enough to directly complete the welding and processing steps. After a properly designed horn, the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave can be varied over a wide range, as long as the material strength is sufficient and the amplitude can exceed 100 μm.

On the other hand, when the horn is longitudinally stretched and vibrated, the movement of the particles on the left and right sides of a certain cross section is just opposite, which corresponds to the existence of a relatively stationary section. This section is called the node, which is also the best fixed point of the vibrator. Deviation from this node will reduce the working efficiency of the vibrator, commonly known as leakage.

Ⅱ. Material

The iron ultrasonic vibrator has high sound transmission efficiency, but the material strength is low, and it is easy to crack and screw hole sliding wire;

The steel ultrasonic vibrator has high strength, but the acoustic impedance is relatively large;

Titanium alloy ultrasonic vibrators have good comprehensive performance, and the disadvantages are high price and difficult processing.

Ⅲ.Common malfunctions

The ultrasonic vibrator should be placed in a dry place to prevent the ultrasonic vibrator from getting wet and affect normal work. If the ultrasonic vibrator is damp, put it into the oven and set it to dry at about 100 °C for 2 hours or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance is normal;

Ultrasonic vibrator degumming, ultrasonic vibrator degumming, the power output of the ultrasonic power supply is normal, but because the vibrator and the vibrating surface are not well connected, the vibrator will be burned if working for a long time. Ultrasonic vibrator degumming should be repaired or replaced by a professional ultrasonic manufacturer.

Ⅳ. maintenance

Not used for more than one week, please cover with dust jacket (plastic bag);

Except that the lifting screw has received lubricating oil before leaving the factory, no other oil agent is required in other parts;

Regularly check the internal vibrator output line for wear;

The appearance is dusty. Please wipe it with a clean cloth. Dry the compressed air every six months. Do not use various fluxes when cleaning the side plates and surfaces of the welder. Use a neutral detergent and gently rub. test;

When the water filter reaches 13 water level, please remove the water;

Every time the welder is used for one month, the sliding part should be cleaned and reapplied with high-quality grease;

Always pay attention to the safety of the machine.
